Group CEO Tom Keegan is DBD Group CEO and has led professional services businesses globally over the past ten years with a sole focus serving his people to serve their Clients. Tom has experience delivering complex programmes of work and a specific specialism in the fields of Physical/Cyber Security, Change Management, Strategy, and Organisational Development. He was previously a Partner and Middle East Board Member of Control Risks, and Leader of the Risk and Resilience advisory business for PwC, in addition to holding several Non-Executive Board advisor positions.

Board Director, Interim Managing DIrector UK & Europe A dynamic business leader with strategic and operational management experience within commercial nuclear businesses. Marie has over 20 years experience and understanding of supporting clients and supply chain management in the nuclear arena. She has strong interpersonal and communication skills, which enables her to continuously work to manage stakeholders and for the delivery of key strategies within the DBD business.

Group Business Development Director David is an experienced International business leader with a proven track record in managing both manufacturing and sales operations in UK & Overseas businesses. David has more than 40 years’ commercial experience, 10 within the Nuclear sector, with significant knowledge of working with global clients operating in highly competitive and demanding markets.

Board Member John has 40 years experience of the civil nuclear industry. He has held executive positions in operations, safety, commercial and strategy and was CEO of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority for 5 years to 2017. He now undertakes a number of non-executive and advisory roles in the nuclear, manufacturing, rail, and engineering sectors. He joined the board of DBD in 2017.

Board Member Ian was appointed Senior Vice President of Fluor’s Corporate Strategy & Emerging Markets Group in 2007 and Managing Director of Fluor Ltd, the company’s operations in the UK, in 2008. He joined Fluor from international engineering group AMEC, where for more than 10 years, he was business development director and a member of the senior management committee reporting directly to CEO. In 2006, Ian was appointed Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by The Queen in Her Majesty’s Birthday Honours List for services to British business interests in Southeast Asia. He is a member of many international business associations and organisations. He retired from Fluor in 2015 and took up an advisory role with Fluor Corporation until the end of 2017. In addition to his role as Board memeber of DBD, Ian advises various organisations on energy and infrastructure projects. Ian also sits on the Supervisory Board of Meridiam, one of the world’s largest infrastructure funds, based in Paris.

Board Member Dr Burrows is a professional Mechanical Engineer, and has spent the last 30 years managing and overseeing major projects for organisations in the nuclear industry. He has worked in the nuclear industry since 1976 and has held Executive positions with BNFL, Energy Solutions, Atkins and most recently as a Director with DBD. Following an extensive career working throughout nuclear markets in Europe and Asia, Chris has for the last 20 years, been located in North America, working primarily on Department of Energy and Environmental Management projects.

Group Shared Services Director Rebecca is a qualified and determined contract and project management professional, who negotiates and delivers contracts on behalf of the DBD team. In addition to managing all external client, teaming partner, and associate workforce relationships, she manages DBD finance, HR, and contracts teams. She also has outstanding communication and management skills to ensure that things get done on time and on budget.
